Conditions of service:
The right of admission is reserved.
To enjoy the full value of your spa experience, we suggest you arrive at least fifteen minutes prior to your first scheduled appointment. We are committed to offering all of our clients a reliable timetable. Your treatment will always end at the scheduled time, so please remember to be on time.
Zanzi Spa is an adult environment of relaxation and tranquillity. Please respect other guests’ privacy by turning off your cellular phones when you enter the Spa. Please refrain from bring your children with to your appointment.
The atmosphere is casual and comfortable. Please feel free to wear your most comfortable clothing. Zanzi Spa is a co-ed facility for men and women. We offer individual rooms and careful attention for privacy, comfort and relaxation are guaranteed during all treatments. We regret that we cannot be responsible for the loss or damage of personal articles, including clothing and accessories. Upon making appointments, please advise of any health concerns, medical problems, pregnancy or gender requests.
Prices and service selections are subject to change without notice and do not include gratuities. The length of each spa service is approximate and may be adjusted according to arrival times. Confirmed Spa treatments is best guaranteed by advanced payments.
Cancellation Policy
We understand at times it may be necessary for you to reschedule or cancel your spa appointment. Please let us know 24 hours in advance to avoid being liable for charges for a scheduled treatment. Spa packages and group packages require advance payment. “No shows” may be charged the full value of the service. ZanziSpa regrets strict adherence to our cancellation policy.
Voucher Policy
Please redeem a voucher within a year of the purchase date.
A voucher is valid for the value of Products & Treatments as indicated on the voucher. Products & Treatments are deemed valued at the applicable published prices on the date of purchase.
A voucher is generally not transferable, unless prove of new ownership can be established.
When booking for your treatment, please mention your voucher, quoting the voucher number.
After the indicated escalation date, the Products & Treatments are subject to all latest prices. The value redeemed after the said date, may not exceed the deemed value. The voucher bearer will be liable to pay the escalated difference for the Product & Treatment, or could select another product or treatment for an equivalent current value.
The original voucher must be presented as compensation on the date of service. If not, it will be expected that the full amount be paid, which would be reimbursed upon the presentation of the voucher at your convenience.
If you have booked to redeem a voucher during peak hours and do not cancel 24 hours in advance, we will consider the voucher as redeemed.
We regret that we are unable to exchange cash for a voucher or any remaining change, but we will assist you in selecting alternative ZanziSpa treatments or products to a similar value.
Tan Can Policy
- Each Tan Can client is required to pay a once off registration fee to use the tanning
facilities at Zanzi Spa, whether purchasing individual or grouped sessions.
- Tan Can sessions may be booked Monday to Friday from 09h00 to 18h00.
- UV googles for eye-protection are a compulsory for each tanning session.
- A medical and skin-type form must be filled in before starting Tan Can sessions.

Please note there is an age restriction of 17 years old.

No Pregnant women or persons with any contraindication to UV exposure allowed.

To avoid disappointment you may book for your Tan Can session in advance.
We will
however, try to accommodate walk in clients too. All sessions are subject to availability.
- Cancel your appointments at least 24 hours in advance. If not, you will forfeit your session.

Please note that if you are late for your appointment, it might be given to someone else
or cancelled to prevent the next appointment from running late.

Grouped/Pre-paid Tan Can sessions are not transferable to other individuals.

Partners Policy
Zanzi Spa undertakes promotional synergies with the other businesses from time-to-time. Although management of these entities strives for distinction, ZanziSpa accepts no burden or duty due to their performance, based on this association. Zanzi Spa does not accept any responsibility for these services rendered by these other businesses or any associated liabilities. For additional clarification, please consult with Zanzi Spa’s management, if required. |
